Return and Refund Policy
All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued prior to their return. You can request an RMA number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The RMA number must be included with the returned package. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and are subject to refusal by our shipping department.
Return requests must be received within 30 days of the original purchase. Any authorized return requests after 30 days are subject to 15% restocking charge. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, which must include package tracking.
All items must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any item returned that is not in a new or undamaged condition will be deemed non-returnable and returned to the customer at their request and expense. No refund will be issued in such cases, and we will notify the customer via email, postal mail and/or telephone.
Cancellation requests received before shipment of the item will result in no penalty.
